Please note that in order to create a US Dollar card, you will need to deposit an opening balance of $5. This initial deposit serves as the account's opening balance and will grant you access to the card. You have the ability to spend this amount after the card has been successfully created.

This includes securely providing your BVN, full name, picture and address.
